My journey through life, as I attempt a healthy lifestyle. Both physically and mentally. I live in the Pacific Northwest, but I'm from the great state of Alaska. I'm a software engineer, and I'm nearing my retirement years. It's a beautiful day to be alive!

Great pictures! Sounds like you had a good day
Wasn't it a beautiful day today!? Your pictures show it.
I'm just catching up and read your post from the last week and yesterday...I've had a stressful week, but girl, you've had a stressful last 6 weeks! I don't know how you do all that travel. Just one week wiped me out.
And it's funny, I've also been thinking about taking a break from blogging. I kind of get stressed out when I think I haven't been writing enough posts, but there I go again with the perfectionist tendencies. As if I'm gonna be in trouble for not blogging enough to please whoever might be reading my blog?
I think what you did today was good...rather than give it up totally, just writing a quickie post, "hi I'm doing well" is a great idea.
Hang in there!
Love it!
Wow what a beautiful ride you had today :)
so so so so so so smart are you.
perfect way to indulge, enjoy, then enjoy some exercise (read: not view it as punishment for treats consumed).
Miz.
